This collection of recent works marks the end of a six year hiatus.

At Loss for Words is a distillation of everyday experiences overlaid with the import of personal epiphany.

Layers of scraped, and scratched oil pastel with press-on typography mirror the simultaneity of receiving, processing and reacting to information on an emotional, semantic and intellectual level.

The immediacy of relating to the world is a richly textured interface, and, as we grow older, the stratification increases, resulting in deeply layered and often contradictory expression.
